OEM SERVICE PROCESS

From concept to product

As a factory that is committed to solving user lighting needs - we closely watch and learn about new electrical systems and how those new technologies might interact with our lighting products. Close communication between our engineering leaders and our customers help to ensure that our lighting works in conjunction with the electronics on board the various vehicles that are used across recreational use to farm/ag and even into mining and other types of heavy construction. Constantly researching and understanding the sizes and shoes of lights is critical as well. The lights also require lenses that provide the right color of light and intensity of light. All of these things require hours of study and discussions - which our engineering department is well equipped to do in order to assure that our lights meet OEM and ODM specifications.

Light Structure/Design

Creating designs that not only please the eyes but also are so precise that with no extra costs - we can offer many lights at Ip68 with the same effort that we had previously delivered lights at IP67. In addition - because of the investment in time to develop smart designs, assembly and testing efficient have all increased significantly - helping to ensure that each light works as good or better than advertised, right out of the box.

Beam Patterns

Its a big investment to buy the equipment needed to design lights that put illumination exactly where it is needed, at the right color and intensity - for our many unique customers. It’s an even bigger investment to invest the time to perfect those light beams to ensure that the consumer sees a difference and feels the value of buying our (and our customer’s) lights.

EMC/EMI

Included in flawless design is the effort required to ensure our customer’s satisfaction (and their customer and consumer’s satisfaction) is achieved in everything that we do. Taking the time and effort to ensure that there is a perfect electrical design that resists any interference after the new lighting is added to the electrical system with other wired (radio) or wireless (cellular phone) devices is another way that we spend the extra time to always make our lights to the highest standards.
