1.Why do vehicles need additional LED work light? (Work Lights For Improved Visibility & Safer Working Conditions)
A powerful work light makes your job safer and simpler because the risk of a potential accident is reduced. When you install work lights on your vehicle, it’s important to get the work light in right angle of your vehicle so everyone can see you clearly on the road. You’re in need of work lights when you do much of your work on or around the road. Our work lights makes it easier to work even in the harshest of weather.

2.How many lumens should a work light have?
The brightness or luminous flux, i.e. the indication of how much light the LED emits in all directions, is generally given in lumens (lm). The higher the luminous flux for the same power (watt), the brighter the light source.

3.How much is the waterproof level of the LED work light?
Most of our led work light is waterproof IP68, and a few of them is IP67.

As a great OEM/ODM work light led manufacturer, factory, quality control is one of the most important parts during the whole project. Five tests are used to strictly control every detail on our production lines.

Circuit board test - 100%
Semi-finished product aging test - 100%
Finished product aging test - 100%
Overall inspection before packaging - 100%
Sampling inspection before delivery - Standard:GB/T 2828.1-2012
